Pitch Perfect: Gain Support, Get Results/Pitch Perfect: Gain Support, Inspire Action gives participants firsthand experience applying these time-tested strategies to modern workplace communication. Participants will learn how to analyze audiences, organize ideas using Spoken with Authority’s foolproof Sandwich Structure, and apply proven theories of persuasive speaking to real-world pitches and proposals.
Through guided practice and constructive feedback, participants strengthen their ability to deliver persuasive presentations and pitches—even with limited preparation time and across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.

Learn the Why Am I Method to analyze your audience and speaking situation, and adapt your message to improve clarity, relevance, and buy-in.
Apply Spoken with Authority’s proprietary Sandwich Structure, along with proven theories of persuasion, to organize presentations and pitches that are clear, compelling, and action-oriented.
Develop strategies to manage nerves and rehearse efficiently, especially when preparing under time constraints or for high-stakes moments.

High:
Participants will have the opportunity to apply new tools and frameworks to a routine or upcoming pitch of their choice. -
Part I: Virtual Skill-Building Webinar (60 or 90 minutes)
Participants learn core principles of audience analysis and persuasive messaging, and apply them to a practice presentation on a work-related topic they will later deliver in person. The session introduces key frameworks and provides guided opportunities to begin structuring a clear, compelling pitch.
Part II: One Hour of 1:1 Coaching Support
Participants receive personalized support from a Spoken with Authority coach to refine their message, strengthen structure, and rehearse effectively. This tailored support helps participants build confidence and prepare to deliver their presentation with clarity and purpose.
Part III: In-Person Presentation Showcase (2 or 3 hours)
Participants each deliver a 4–5 minute presentation on a work-related topic, demonstrating newly developed persuasive messaging skills in a supportive learning environment. Participants will give and receive constructive feedback and identify clear goals for future speaking opportunities.
