MOVE FORWARD WITH FEEDBACK:
BUILD TRUST, DRIVE GROWTH

Feedback is one of the most powerful tools for growth, alignment, and collaboration—yet it’s often delayed, avoided, or delivered ineffectively. When feedback is treated as a last resort instead of an ongoing conversation, it can create defensiveness, confusion, and missed opportunities for progress.

Move Forward with Feedback: Build Trust, Drive Growth is a practical, skills-based program designed to help professionals give and receive feedback with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Participants learn how to deliver timely, relevant feedback across a range of workplace situations, and how to receive feedback in ways that reduce defensiveness and promote learning.

Using proven communication frameworks and real-world scenarios, the program emphasizes feedback as a proactive tool for strengthening working relationships—not a performance management formality. Through guided discussion and interactive role-play, participants practice giving and receiving feedback in a way that feels direct, respectful, and constructive.

The result: clearer expectations, stronger collaboration, and the ability to use feedback as a driver of trust, growth, and forward momentum.

“Move Forward with Feedback provides a clear path on providing feedback. The COMMA framework is a useful tool for how to approach conversations and soften the pressure and pain of giving / receiving feedback. The training included role play for practice, as well as actionable tips that I will apply to my day-to-day life, both professionally and personally. I am now more conscious of the feedback I give and receive, and the communication skills I learned were broader than just feedback.”
