Lisa is passionate about helping her clients speak with confidence, clarity, and polish. She believes skilled communicators hold the key to connecting with others and exercising positive influence in the world around them. Supporting each client in unlocking their full potential is the focus of her facilitation and coaching.
For over 30 years, Lisa has taught communication skills in corporate, government, law firm, and non-profit settings. She has developed and delivered comprehensive training courses for leadership development programs, new staff and attorney orientations, and teams undergoing institutional change.
Lisa enjoys one-on-one engagements with clients who want to bolster their confidence and enhance the impact and professionalism of their spoken communication. She is also adept at guiding groups in a workshop setting as they reach new levels of self-awareness and experience new tools and strategies. In helping clients craft and deliver compelling messages, Lisa encourages speakers to focus not only on what they want to say but also on why that message matters for them and for their audience.
